ARCADIA 29

A 70,000+ sq. ft., three-story multifamily residential development consisting of 29 apartment units across five residential buildings, along with a community pool, ramada, and site amenities. The project utilizes an efficient wood-framed structural system designed to meet Arizona building code requirements while optimizing construction cost and schedule.

The structural system features wood-framed construction supported by a post-tensioned slab-on-grade (PT SOG) foundation, prefabricated wood roof trusses, and engineered wood shear walls as the primary lateral force-resisting system. Our scope included structural analysis and design, foundation design, gravity and lateral load analysis, framing coordination, and preparation of comprehensive construction documents, resulting in a safe, economical, and buildable design for this large-scale residential development.
